Welcome to Kingdom’s Crown. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and The Kingdom’s Crown Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of the Kingdom’s Crown mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (e.g., Google Play, Game Center, or in-game account). You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

2. Limited License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable limited license to download and use Kingdom’s Crown for your own non-commercial entertainment on a compatible mobile device.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

• Sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to the Game or your account.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and competitive environment in Kingdom’s Crown, you agree not to:

• Cheating & Exploitation: Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game experience.

• Toxicity: Engage in any behavior that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable toward other players or staff.

• Commercial Use: Use the Services for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party without our express written consent.

• Disruption: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game servers or networks.

4. Virtual Goods and In-App Purchases

• License Only: The Game may include virtual currency (“Gems,” “Gold,” etc.) or virtual items. These items are licensed to you, not sold. You have no property interest or “real world” value in these items.

• No Refunds: All purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are final. Refunds are subject to the respective platform’s payment policies.

• Modifications: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, and modify virtual goods at any time (e.g., game balancing) without liability to you.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including but not limited to visual assets, code, music, dialogue, and “Kingdom’s Crown” branding) are owned by The Kingdom’s Crown Team. Your use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows you to upload content (such as clan names, chat messages, or custom maps), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services. You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Disclaimers and “As-Is” Provision

Kingdom’s Crown is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Kingdom’s Crown Team, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of your use of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in  London, England.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-game notification or by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
